Day sheets that clinics send are kept as paper in a locked cabinet for the current quarter, then shredded. We do not put visit notes on this hostname.

Questions about a filed sheet go by post to Larma Oy, Linnankatu 14, 20100 Turku. Name the clinic and the date of the sheet. We answer on paper.
